Peter and Debbie's Pictures of The Pets Genghis Cooper We adopted Genghis Cooper from Cats Protection on 26th November 2010. We had arranged to pick up one cat (Genghis), but when we got there we discovered that he had a sister (Mugly)... so we had her too! He was not originally called Genghis: he was called Sox. We had a lot of trouble finding just the right name for him, but Genghis Cooper (after Genghis Khan, obviously, and the actor Gary Cooper) suits him perfectly. An odd combination of Coop's laconic, relaxed, confident quietness and Genghis Khan's penchant for blood, spears and conquest.
